The G Pen Roam delivers water filtration in a portable concentrate vaporizer that is built to last. An ergonomic design makes carrying the Roam Vaporizer easy, and the device houses a glass hydro-tube that purifies and cools your vapor. The quartz tank of the G Pen Roam does a fantastic job of saving your material’s flavor, even with the high-temperature range of 600°F to 800°F. Powered by a 1300mAh lithium-ion battery, the G Pen Roam charges quickly, can be used during the charging process, and stays alive for an entire day of vaping.

The G Pen Roam features a full quartz tank with a protective silicone housing that works to bring out your concentrates' full flavors. Compared to titanium tanks or heating elements, quartz does a much better job of letting you taste your draws and has a much faster heat-up time. The Roam Vaporizer gets to temperature quickly due to the quartz tank working in conjunction with the powerful 1300mAh battery. Even with such a high-temperature range, the G Pen Roam will let you taste your material during sessions, delivering a mix of dense clouds and flavorful vapor.

Inside of the Roam’s comfortable housing is their glass hydro-tube water filtration system. The hydro-tube serves as the “vapor path” for the Roam and is attached directly to the mouthpiece. In keeping the hydro-tube so close to the mouthpiece, Grenco Science ensured that you’ll get fresh draws with each pull since your vapor is going directly from the chamber to your lips with no empty space. Each G Pen Roam complete kit comes standard within a hemp travel case with room for two concentrates jars and a pocket for accessories. This pocket is perfect for traveling with the included micro-USB-to-USB charging cable, loading tool, and cleaning swabs.

Once you place your order, you'll receive email notifications updating you on the status of your order. This approach combines the ease of online shopping with the immediacy of in-store pickup. All accessories available here will need to be ordered separately from your cannabis order and will be shipped to you. Our in-store menu features our accessories available for pick up.

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team within 24 Hours of picking up your order and include photos of the damaged items or package. Do not bring the broken item back to our Planet Nugg location as the in-store team will not be able to assist you.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns must be initiated within 5 Days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return by mail

Reach out to our customer support team to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Print the shipping label and drop off your return at a nearby postal location.

Return in store

Returns cannot be processed in-store for accessories that are ordered. 

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. We hold the right to deny any return.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been picked, packed, and/or shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions. The in-store staff will not be able to assist you when it comes to questions referring to accessory orders you have placed. Please contact our customer support team initiate the cancellation.
