Put your iron lungs to the test with the first-ever fully-automatic gravity bong from The Kind Pen! The innovative GravIX Gravity Bong features a removable and rechargeable power source at the top of the bong that allows you to choose between three power settings. This setting will determine the density of your smoke and the potency of your bong hits. Once a preferred temperature has been selected, you can push the button on the top of the GravIX to start the automatic percolator and watch as the water chamber bubbles. Next, hold a lighter above the flower inside your bowl piece so that the air suction created from the automatic perc pulls the flame and lights your bowl, as you would with a standard gravity bong. As both glass chambers continue to fill with the smoke, the GravIX will begin to push out the smoke through the mouthpiece and replicate the authentic grav bong experience! When both chambers are filled with smoke, and you are ready to clear the device, use the built-in air carb button underneath the main chamber while inhaling. Activating the air carb button will also stop the power source from filling the gravity bong with smoke, ensuring each hit stays fresh and no bowl pack goes wasted.

All accessories available here will need to be ordered separately from your cannabis order and will be shipped to you. Our in-store menu features our accessories available for pick up.

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team within 24 Hours of picking up your order and include photos of the damaged items or package. Do not bring the broken item back to our Planet Nugg location as the in-store team will not be able to assist you.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns must be initiated within 5 Days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return by mail

Reach out to our customer support team to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Print the shipping label and drop off your return at a nearby postal location.

Return in store

Returns cannot be processed in-store for accessories that are ordered. 

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. We hold the right to deny any return.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been picked, packed, and/or shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions. The in-store staff will not be able to assist you when it comes to questions referring to accessory orders you have placed. Please contact our customer support team initiate the cancellation.
