The Jiggy 3 in 1 vaporizer from The Kind Pen functions as an electric dab straw, a 510 cartridge vaporizer, and a wax pen. This discreet vaporizer looks exactly like a pen and includes a cap for the ceramic dab tip that doubles as a mouthpiece.

Simply remove the cap, select your heat, insert the ceramic tip in your dab container, and use the single-button control to activate the device while inhaling. If you prefer to vaporize your wax in a concealed environment, the Jiggy has you covered with its 510-threaded wax atomizer. Remove the mouthpiece, screw in the atomizer, and load a small dab into the chamber. After reattaching the mouthpiece, click the button and inhale a flavorful and thick rip of concentrates. If you prefer to vape cartridges, the atomizer can be switched with a 510-threaded cartridge.

Once you place your order, you'll receive email notifications updating you on the status of your order. This approach combines the ease of online shopping with the immediacy of in-store pickup. All accessories available here will need to be ordered separately from your cannabis order and will be shipped to you. Our in-store menu features our accessories available for pick up.

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team within 24 Hours of picking up your order and include photos of the damaged items or package. Do not bring the broken item back to our Planet Nugg location as the in-store team will not be able to assist you.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns must be initiated within 5 Days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return by mail

Reach out to our customer support team to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Print the shipping label and drop off your return at a nearby postal location.

Return in store

Returns cannot be processed in-store for accessories that are ordered. 

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. We hold the right to deny any return.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been picked, packed, and/or shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions. The in-store staff will not be able to assist you when it comes to questions referring to accessory orders you have placed. Please contact our customer support team initiate the cancellation.
