The Pulsar 510 DL Pipe Auto Draw Sherlock Pipe Vape Battery disguises modern cartridge technology inside the familiar shape of a classic smoking pipe. Its cartridge remains concealed beneath the removable bent stem mouthpiece, creating a discreet setup with room for cartridges up to 2mL.

The Pulsar 510 DL Pipe can be operated through auto draw controls or its exterior button. Five quick puffs power the device on or off, two activate the 15 second preheat cycle, and three change the voltage setting. The button provides manual control whenever you prefer a more traditional approach.

A digital screen built into the bowl displays the current voltage and remaining battery life. The DL Pipe also features a color coded LED strip, three voltage settings, universal 510 threading, and a 650mAh battery that recharges with the included USB-C cable.

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team within 24 Hours of picking up your order and include photos of the damaged items or package. Do not bring the broken item back to our Planet Nugg location as the in-store team will not be able to assist you.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns must be initiated within 5 Days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return by mail

Reach out to our customer support team to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Print the shipping label and drop off your return at a nearby postal location.

Return in store

Returns cannot be processed in-store for accessories that are ordered. 

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. We hold the right to deny any return.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been picked, packed, and/or shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions. The in-store staff will not be able to assist you when it comes to questions referring to accessory orders you have placed. Please contact our customer support team initiate the cancellation.
